A massive thank you from me and Macmillan for those who took part, spread the word and had words of support.
A special thank to my tea makers and coordinators Alan & Helene, I could not have done it without you both.

April & May 2019 -Myofascial Release
Active Life Balance Sports Massage is looking for 20 volunteers to log practical experience for a CPD course in myofascial release, to either legs, feet, back, arms or neck. This is similar to an IT band release.
Treatment is completely free and will include 15 minutes myofascial release, and a 10-15 minute sports massage on a chosen area.
Treatment is to be held at my treatment room based in Stirchley.
Slots are available during the Month April & May, from 6pm onwards Mon, Wed, Thur and Fri. Sat & Sun from 11am to 6pm.

October 2018 -Sports Massage for Macmillan Support Charity Event
Providing 30 minutes sports massage session for £10, all proceeds going to Macmillan Support charity. Cake and tea available after your massage.
We raised £116 in total!
April 2018 - London Marathon- Free Sports massage for Macmillan runners.
Providing sports massage as part of a team to the Macmillan runners of the London marathon. This was an amazing day, I felt honored to play my part in a very worthy cause. The support and atmosphere provided by Macmillan support was awesome.

October 2017 - British Heart Foundation Charity Event
Providing sports massage as part of a team with all proceeds going to the British Heart Foundation. I helped raised £450 by providing discount sports massage sessions. With 2 clients falling asleep during a back massage, I guess I must have done a good job!
